The bloke who operated the plane and arranged the pilot is in prison, and the pilot is dead. Cardiff as a club seem to have been exonerated, the booking of the flight was not their doing. Hard to see where else justice can be done beyond what has happened really

I think it is. The HM Coroner has made recommendations about the regulation of such flights. The crook that operated the plane went to prison. I think Willie Mackay came out of it too well personally but seems to have gone below the threshold of being charged with anything. Cardiff City committed no crimes as the flight wasnt to do with them. Maybe there will be civil cases to pursue but havent heard anything of it
