Get the doc to refer you to to hospital ..... they'll have a go at 'banding' them off ....... doesn't always work , mind you!

Seriously though Cheesy i'd get them checked out mate ..... they won't go away on their own , that's for sure!
It could be piles , or if it bleeds quite badly when you go to the toilet you could have an anal fissure (a tear in your back passage) which will need a half-day hospital procedure done on it.

The worst thing about having piles, the very worst thing. Is when you've just had a shit and start to wipe. The bastards disappear back up your arse in double time. So when you wipe, you get a nice clean sheet of bog roll and think you're done. Twenty minutes later, the fuckers decide to put in an appearance and leave you with an itchy arse and a fucking big skid mark in your grundies.........................or so I'm led to believe...
