These two are really clicking now, think Mancini and his caoches have worked wonders for them.

I just want to say how impressed i've been with Manu especially, he's been getting better and better this season, 12 in 21 is really good. I think Tevez is on 27'ish, I really dont think we need a 40m stirker next year - lets spend that on area's that need it!

Couldn't agree more! Should be the last position we strengthen! Get a cm like fabregas and a right back like maicon and we will be right up there!

We can spent wherever we want remember, quality squad players in every area is key. Yes they are working well at the moment but injurys do play a part. Lahm,Villa,Maicon,Torres,Iniesta for me. Dreams do come true dont they ?

They have a looooong way to go, but they have certainly improved a lot. Because they have been god awful together earlier.

Carlos and Ade have been ace. I'm still convinced we could do better than Roque for a third choice striker though. Especially if we do get 4th place and that's looking likely now!

I'm thinking now that we are just one left back away from a top top staring XI. You could argue for a change in the centre of midfield but we don't want to unsettle too much this Summer in my opinion.

Tevez was playing quality anyway, but like you said its like Ade and him are getting better each time they play. I was really pleased with Ade today :D

COME ON CITY!!

Thought Adebayor was brilliant today (MOM for me). Work rate good (as usual imo), his link up play was excellent and a great finish for the second. Good to see him smiling and looking hungry. Long may it continue.

Great dance aswell :D

loving the partnership now. looks like they are both enjoy each others company up front!
yup, a huge difference from earlier on in the season when they were on totally different wavelengths. Loving it

I think they might be clicking because they've actually had a few starts together, I read before the wigan game that they'd had 4 starts together or something daft but hey that's how long they get to impress us blues! Lol.
Made some good chances together and wouldn't want to defend against them!

Yes but Tevez was very selfish twice when Ade was free. This can affect strike partnerships he shouldnt always go for goal when he has players round him. Other than that they combine very well and for a tall man Ade has tricks a plenty.

i noticed that too..it needs to be addressed tbh... play for the team should be the number 1 rule.

There was a least two occasions where tevez could have passed to ade and ade could have passed to tevez to have gotten a goal but they choose the wrong option and shot at goal. I guess thats just the nature of' the stiker' ?

Still enjoying the quality we have on show right now.

They're getting better, but there's plenty of improvement yet before i consider them a "partnership". It's inevitable that they'll both get goals, because they are both class, but actually i don't think they've truely 'clicked' together yet. And that's a scary thought! Tevez was far too greedy today, and at times, Ade was pissed off with him. But their understanding is improving a lot.

Tevez desperately wants the goal scoring title. With Shrek hurt he can smell it. I think that fueled the greedy chances.
