Empty seats at Villa

Our average was 42k last year. What was the lowest?

Also bear in mind, Birmingham has a population of 5 million, with fewer football teams than Manchester.(2.5mill) Pretty poor show by Villa and the other Birmingham teams really were attendances are concerned.

36k v West Ham

Poor attendance agreed, but bear in mind it's bank holiday (always has an effect with people taking holidays before kids go back to school or long weekends), it was also a TV game which again effects attendance.

Summer Holidays
Just gone out of Europe
Fulham would of had 500 fans

I'm not suprised some stayed at home than paying £30 to go and watch it.

Very true mate, and the 17,000 could drop even more as they are not to happy with what is going on, working not to far from Pompy both themselves and Southampton are in some trouble. Lets hope our lads put on a great showing at the internationals and keep the good feel factor going.

I can recall a certain club playing in it's first European campaign for donkeys years just last season, attracting massive crowds of 17,000 and 21,000, and that club having to entice their fans to a 1/4 Final tie, by having tickets priced at £5 adults and £1 juniors LOL.

But you have the front to take the piss out of other clubs support !!!

That's right, I attended every home match in the uefa Cup.

But we still pulled an average of 43k last season, with 47.5k being the biggest against Chelsea, Liverpool, United, etc.

Your problem being?

You'll find that City have 'never' turned out in great numbers for cup games or testamonials. I/we don't know why. It's always happened and it's just the way it is at City. You'll see when we play Fulham.

PS. When you expand your stadium and get bigger gates, come back to us.

Spurs season ticket holders get the first Two Cup games included in their season ticket package Arsenal fans get the first Seven games included, that includes League Cup and FA Cup ties, so in Tottenham's case the majority of our Cup games are in fact payed for separately, in fact we often have to pay for UEFA Cup games as Grade A , which means paying up to £75 for a single ticket.

But despite that we always get attendances that piss all over Manchester Cities in the UEFA Cup, but do carry on spouting your ill informed drivel wont you.
