Not much to be fair we got to the final in 2010 I think it was against Spain and Connor Wickham played for England and the kid Delofeou who was on loan from Barca to Everton this season played for SpainMayor West said:Does this actually mean anything? Congrats and all that, but does being champs at u17 level mean the future is rosey for English football? How have other winners gone on to fare?
I think England have always done well at junior levels (bar last year's European U21s), as our youngsters are more athletic - an advantage which lessens as you get older and the technical skills of the foreign players shine through instead.Mayor West said:Does this actually mean anything? The fact that Plattini and the Uefa cronies were all in attendance suggests it is of significance.Mayor West said:Does this actually mean anything? Congrats and all that, but does being champs at u17 level mean the future is rosey for English football? How have other winners gone on to fare?
