England v Brazil | Friendly | Match Thread

not sure any fukers are interested in England games, only the knobs who go to Wembley

Quite looking forward to this. We should have a chance this summer, so this could be a good indicator.

So what? Unless the player is injured, or pretends to be injured like Saka then the rules are that we have no say in the matter
Very naive to suggest clubs have no say. They're all constantly making deals, players like walker/stones know theyre playing in the euros if fit, they could easily do a saka and swerve this if pep had a word. Instead they often compromise, we've just got Bernardo and Dias back after 1 game for Portugal, I'd hope we have something similar in place with the england players

Or if you take half a second to think about it, Phil is playing on the right because Antony Gordon can’t, so instead of forcing a kid to play out of position in his first England start, he’s swapped the wingers around.
That deserved the Kenneth Williams picture ;-)

Let’s see if they play in the second game or not

This.

If Foden and Stones think 2 England friendlies are more important than potentially winning a treble then they should be questioned in regards to their futures at the club.

I am pretty sure they will side with the club if Pep wanted them to force an "injury".

Too important to England as well for the FA to have any say otherwise as well.

Why can't they play these friendlies after the season has fnished?
