Come on, whose there to really be favourites against England? France. Otherwise they can do it. Spain and Portugal strong, Germany should but has not been lately, maybe Netherlands and Belgium. England and France main favourites for me.

Possibly. But the top 3 teams in England all invert defenders, 2 of them clealry copying pep. They do it cos it fucking works.

To be fair, they’re not there to be coached, they get that from their clubs. It is down to the manager to assess each one as an individual and utilise their strengths, mitigating their weaknesses, to create a system that gets the best of the individual qualities which is effective within the team.

Does Southgate do that?
No. And what you’ve described is actually coaching tbf!
