I don’t like Southgate either but what sort of an argument is that!City hat firmly on, and I think I want Germany to win tomorrow night.
England aren't going to win it anyway, and losing to Germany is hardly a disaster. Getting to the latter stages of a second tournament in a row would probably ensure the job is Southgate's for another decade or so, which would be such a waste.
Best to get our 4 back ASAP and as a bonus, speed up the Kane and Grealish deals.
It’s like listening to the united fans ten years ago!Serious question for all the anti-England brigade in here. Would you celebrate if we won the Euros/World Cup? Same old boring, tired posts, tournament after tournament.
I just cannot bear to watch a fantastically talented generation of young English players stifled by a shit, negative manager with no imagination or bollocks.I don’t like Southgate either but what sort of an argument is that!
You don’t want England to get to the latter stages as we would keep the manager....you would rather we didn’t get through so we could get someone else who would then get us to the latter stages?
Problem is next manager will be the sameI just cannot bear to watch a fantastically talented generation of young English players stifled by a shit, negative manager with no imagination or bollocks.
It's awful.
Argentina dropped Agüero many many times when he was in his prime.Would you drop Aguero for City when he was in his prime if he had a couple of quiet games ?
Most world class strikers go through quiet patches, it happens. but you don't lose faith because you know they have the ability to turn it on at any time.
I thought Foden was the new scapegoat for 2021 from what I’ve heard and read online?Out of interest- practically everyone I know, and all I hear in pubs when we play is ‘how sh*t Sterling is’ and he’s blatantly the scapegoat when England don’t play well.
Do you not give Southgate credit for sticking with him especially with so much attacking talent at his disposal and Sterling so far proving everyone wrong ?
Seems I’ll be watching then.
I'd put my hands up and say well done. It would have to be something special to celebrate it like Foden doing a Sergio on the final.Serious question for all the anti-England brigade in here. Would you celebrate if we won the Euros/World Cup? Same old boring, tired posts, tournament after tournament.
Never gonna happen. Sadly. Please, Gareth, please bloody play Foden on the left and Sterling on the right!
