I knew he didn't have the balls to play Foden , sako is the new media darling and had to play . While the waistcoat is in charge Foden might as well sit the international games out, he will never be used properly by England . Rashford will be first sub and any dipper player will be brought on as well.

That decision makes me wonder if the FA tell Southgate which team he's picking based on trawling social media.

A bit cautious, maybe he thinks thats the way to go and not conceding is the key, I have thought so far that as soon as we play a team that score against us then we are out. Having said that, this German team dont look great and we may revert to a more attacking line up via a couple of subs(hopefully) as the game progresses.

Still want us to win especially vs the germans and am willing to go along with the negative line up till we are out, then tear the manager apart. Leaving Foden, Grealish,Mount and Sancho all out is bewildering, would rather exit the comp fighting in a 4-3 thriller than boring a 0-0 to go out on pens.

Still, lets try and get behind them while we are still in it, theres plenty of time for retribution later.
