We played better today in the same way that being forced to eat your own shite is better than being forced to eat someone else’s shite: both are terrible, but one is just a little bit less terrible.

We carried a bit more threat and the balance of the team seemed a bit better.
That said.
Picked the wrong option at times when in good positions.
Same old hoofing the ball long from Pickford.
Same old dropping back towards the end of the game,with no out ball and no threat.
