This game - if nothing else - drives home the point that Team USA is nowhere near a top 10 side world football. In fact, they're outside the top 30 or so for me (notwithstanding that this was a friendly, that most of USA's first squad did not start (nor did England's), etc.).
An abject USA performance from an abject side.
USA does have some talent coming forward - with the right game plan, attitude and coaching, USA should make the next WC. At which point they'll disappear in the knockout stage or lose in the round of 16 (or whatever the 2nd round of play will be).
