I thought similarly - he's doing the right things, but no-one much is reading them and it's not creating that much, and I agree that he looks totally lacking in confidence.
I appreciate that he was made captain by being most capped, but I can't see that coming his way again.

Grealish looks decent, Sancho isn't really offering anything as a right wing - I assume he's playing to instruction, but there is basically no outlet on the right.
