Watched quite a bit of Lorient this season (I support Rennes in Ligue 1 but follow all the big Breton teams) and Le Fée has been absolutely phenomenal. There were glimpses of what he could do last year, but he's stepped up tenfold this season. He's played a huge part in dragging Lorient to a respectable finish when some were even expecting them to go down.
He was always solid defensively, but he's upped his offensive output so much this year as he's been given more freedom, and he's transforming into a very well-rounded, complete midfielder who could comfortably play in several roles.
All that said, it's only been one truly great season. I don't think City would take the punt, as we are so selective with our targets and would probably need to see more evidence of what he can do in the long-term. Could easily see him going to a Newcastle or Villa and doing fantastically well, but it does sound like Dortmund are on the case, as bloody usual.
