100% agreed, but hes still more flexible than MarescaThat cost us a CL on more than one occasion, btw.
Love Pep, but sometimes he could be too clever for himself.

That statement could be construed very differently in a court of law!Love a bit of control before penetration.
I was initially a big supporter of the whole FWF thing but it soon became a farce. Franny meant well but never had the backers with the required money. Brian Horton gave us some good football but the trajectory was definitely downhill and why Franny thought replacing Horton with Alan Ball was a good idea can only be speculated on.was talking with my son about some of the surprise appointments over the years and how we had the capacity to shoot ourselves in the foot. Forgot about Horton who was actually a decent appointment at the time ( think we still went backwards but were entertaining). Replacing him with Ball after the excitement of forward with Franny on the other hand……..,
Love Kompany. Great player and would be given full support of the fan base. I trust though Khaldoon and co to make the call having brought in Pep and Mancini Right calls at right time.In my opinion Kompany is the only one to take over from pep and be given the ‘clean slate’ and backing from the very start. Maybe timing is off and that’s why Maresca may be 2-3 years but god seeing Kompany last 2 days and the ovations he gets.
I think it's really great that Maresca has previously worked with each of our last three managers..
