I doubt very much he will be attending and certainly won't be extradited over it. Why didn't her legal team do it in the UK?

I would argue she wouldn't get a fair hearing as justice is done under the crown. Otherwise known as mother.

It’s a civil case. No need for him to be extradited. If he doesn't send his lawyers or have it thrown out beforehand he will find a summary judgment against him.

I heard on the TV this morning that he was given the chance to settle out of court and he rejected it.
