An interesting sidelight. Sex with a 17 year old in NY would be a crime. It would be hugely in his interest to settle without admission and not have people saying he was a statutory rapist. If he continues to maintain he never met her and the photo is a fake, but loses, all hell will break loose.
Will Ghislaine be called as a witness?

Just wondering if maybe this is her chance to cut a deal...... could she agree to spill the beans on all of these alleged high profile people involved and she walks away free?
If she keeps her mouth zipped, she would carry the can for the whole lot.
Would the authorities investigating this prefer to bring in (bring down) the rich and the famous to court or end up only banging her away?
 
I reckon Ghislaine will deny all knowledge of any wrongdoings and not point any fingers at the rich and powerful. If she agrees to spill the beans got a feeling she will end up going the same way as Jeffrey before getting a chance to take the stand. Too many people with too much to lose for this to all come out in the open.

She could be in a witness protection programme and appear on video in court. She would be free but would live a life always looking over her shoulder for sure

Its called a settlement without admission but you can make your own conclusion.

No doubt there is something to it but these things get down to one word against the other as no witnesses will come forward.

Not easy to charge given the timeline and even harder for a successful prosecution.

Fergie would probably know if he had a penchant for under aged females.

I don't consider Prince Andrew to be one of the rich and powerful, there are much bigger fish involved than Andrew.
I don't know it for a fact obviously its speculation but i believe Ghislaine knows a lot more damaging information than Virginia,
Strange that other high profile Americans have not been dragged into this yet but I wouldn't be shocked if a lot of girls have been paid off and NDAs have been agreed to brush this under the carpet.
