She was groomed and trafficked , she is a victim of both and brainwashing , if you cant understand that i dont want to talk about it with you , the money is going to her charity for the women and girls who are in the position she was in

A civil suit usually settles in the US, that is their system

“The court settlement means that I cannot divulge any further information.”

so taking the money for all the wrong doings is right ? the system wins prince andrew walk away free
this is send the wrong message to the rest ? its ok you will get a paid day out of it

95% of yank cases are settled before court , it is not a criminal case , she has forced him to settle therefore admitting he is in the wrong and he has had to give her probably several million to her charity , he knew he had no leg to stand on at a trial
 
There have been lots of versions of her story over the years and it appears that there is no original version of the photo of Andrew with his arm around her waist at Maxwells London house so maybe her legal team weren’t overly confident of winning the court case.

It’s the only logical reason I can see for her settling for a payment to her charity.

No. It means he isn't tried so remains innocent. Some will say it is to pay off a victim and say he is guilty, some will say that it is to protect his image and stop any personal/sensitive details of his, his family and associates that may arise in a court case and they will say the case is unproven. It's a no-man's land.

My understanding is he has to pay her and make a substantial donation to charity?

Regardless the optics are horrendous but my suspicion is that it was a grotesque sum of money, anything to prevent him having to provide evidence under oath.

Cannot blame the woman for settling.
