He's now (& always has been imo) a nobody, has zero sovereign status n zero sovereign immunity n thus could be nicked now like anyone else, if it came to it (friggin hope so)

...would only need a warrant baring his name on it n dibble could enter that sandringham n cuff the guy.

(assumption on my part, i could be wrong)

Your assumption is wrong.
He cannot be arrested on the Sandringham estate.

I thought the FBI had a dossier on Mountbatten from the '40s that the British Government asked to be destroyed? Irrespective of the ultimate veracity of any claims, it would seem dismissing the allegations as IRA propaganda is wide of the mark?

I deleted my earlier reply having looked at the claims more carefully it seems Mountbatten was under suspicion in the 40s which puts the later allegations into context. Probably not an IRA fabrication then so apologies to MES.
