Epstein / Prince Andrew / Maxwell

If anyone was going to have a sudden clutcher, it was Robert Maxwell. My dad was a printer and he too had his pension robbed by that ****. To want a conspiracy theory to justify it, or square it off, or give it a bigger reason, is silly. he was just a fat thief who croaked it. If he wasnt on a boat he would have gone face first into his patio. The Mossad stuff is unnecessary too. Shades of A-S. He just died, and good riddance. I have lived with the fall out. My old man printed all his papers and still isnt over it to this day and neither would I be.
I worked on the railway at Manchester Victoria when Maxwell took over MGN.
One thing he did was take the transport of MGN newspapers off the railway and sent them by road instead. (TNT).
This meant that costs of running the newspaper trains fell onto the shoulders of the remaining publishers and subsequently spelt the end of efficient services into Yorkshire, East and West Lancashire and Merseyside.
The 'Printworks', as it is now, is home to restaurants, bars and a cinema complex etc.

I've worked in the printing supply industry for over 40 years and at my old company most of the guys who worked in production were able to move over to 'the papers' via the union NATSOPA after a few years. The money was at least three times higher for mainly working an hour on, an hour off. The ones that moved to The Mirror mainly transferred the excellent pension pots they had accrued into The Mirror fund and they lost the lot. I saw one of them in Walkden years later and he was in very poor health, unable to work and destitute.

It was common knowledge that Maxwell was a crook but he had the countries top libel lawyers on permanent retainers to stop anything being published. Private Eye did their best to get the truth out over the years but there was no way they could take him on financially so it had to be very circumspect. The print unions couldn't handle him either as they would spend months negotiating something with him before he would explode in a mad rage and throw it all out (I knew people who directly had dealings with him).

He was a psychopathic fraud throughout his life and it's a real pity he didn't die screaming.

why the fuck are the BBC running interviews with her brother and friends all giving their views on why they THINK she is innocent thus undermining the verdict arrived at by a jury who heard all the evidence? Why did they not interview friends and family of other convicted sex offenders to give their insights? Absolute disgrace.
