Well he did say he would comply with all requests in the investigation so if he has no nothing to worry about he should help all he can.
He was obviously close to Epstein so should be able to give the authorities a lot of help in their criminal investigations, or maybe he just doesn't want to.

The police or FBI need to call him out and publicly say via the media
"OK here are 3 dates and times, which one can you make?
