I dont think that. He was just left to kill himself, and no doubt encouraged to do it ot worded up that the screws were short on shift and affording him time to do it because they couldnt give two fucks for him. No doubt as simple as that. Very wrong, denying those girls justice like that, but prisons there are run differently to here.
