My youngest is 10 and one of his mates is a Rag fan and he went with his dad to a game using an exec box a few days ago. Rashford was a couple of rows behind and he refused to have a photo with him. He ended up just getting a selfie of himself with Rashford in the background.

Really sad that some players will not take the time out for the kids, especially in an environment like the stadium, it’s not like he was sitting down in a restaurant for a meal or something.

It would do some of the players good to be visited by the ghosts of football past, present and future to see what it would be like without the wealth, fame and more importantly the supporters. I don’t even know how he comfortably sit there the whole game knowing he had denied a kid sat just in front of him the opportunity to have a photo.

Brilliant stuff. But the other thing is he knows that if he did change his mind, the club wouldn't stand in his way as long as we got a reasonable fee out of it.

I love how some people are questioning the wages. Along with Mbappe he's the only bonafide megastar in top flight football now. Why wouldn't he be on the top wages? And it's not like we've given it to him on the back of one decent season like a certain charity campaigner from Trafford. He's been world class for five and a half seasons now and been a major factor in us winning a treble and four titles in a row. If anyone deserves that sort of money, it's him.

He’s probably the biggest football star in the world nowadays. City earn a fortune from his name in revenues. Erling is worth every penny. No one complains about Tom Hanks fee for movies.
 
I’m surprised the red tops haven’t got to thinking about how much the agents signing on fees were for this 9.5 year contract.

It’ll be £250m the day they think about it.
