Is it beyond the realms of possibility that Haaland has set himself a path where he’s wanting to play in the best leagues for the best teams whilst still at his peak?
The next 3 years at City under Pep could give him everything he needs personally and professionally before moving to Spain.
It’s obviously not something a fan wants to see, we would rather he stay for rest of his career but not all footballers are the same.
Personally I’d take 3 years.

While not ideal I think we were willing to spend similar money on Kane to get 3 or 4 years with no return. So 3 0r 4 years and at least getting our fees back wouldn't be a bad deal. Especially with the sparcity of alternatives currently.
