Getting him for 65m next summer and if he later changes his mind and Raiola will want to move him on still nothing worng with that, we lose Bernardo and Sane after 3-4 seasons only, world doesnt stop, difference if Haaland would like to leave in 3 full seasons we would be able to rake in some record transfer fee and certainly lot more than the 65m buy price while we we are left with rubbish fees for Bernardo and Sane ...
its not like we need to get Haaland and have him for 10 years like happened with Kun or Silva, its great if it happens but sometimes players need a change, and with Haaland it will worth it even to sell him if he becomes unhappy or ready to go. Even if we have him only 3 years he would score shit load in that period only to elevate his sell price.
Dortmund if they were capable of selling him this summer for 150m it would have been a huge business for them. at 65m next year its a big drop in transfer fee but still a good profit compared what they spent on him and shitload of goals-assists from him even this year helping them maybe to a title even or at least for CL qualification.
No guarantee in transfers, we signed Grealish now for 100m and we could sell him for 40m in 3 years if he does not work out and cannot get into the team on regular basis. or maybe he will really deliver and Real will chase him for 150m in two years time and maybe he will favour a move you never know.
