Haaland won’t be going anywhere this Summer. His £75m buy-out clause opens next Summer. I think every single big club will bid for him next year, every one. It’s all in his hands and he can choose wherever he wants.

I think Dortmund may sell him in January because they will receive a bigger offer for him than waiting till next summer. Whenever the auction begins we need to be tipping our cap(bidding) until the hammer goes down.

Your post was saying that Dortmund could sell for 100m in January because they only get 70m in the summer with the release clause.

It makes zero sense for Haaland to do that when he can leave next summer for 70m (to Dortmund) and the rest e.g 30/40/50m goes into his account.

I get what you're saying and i don't disagree. But as of now nobody knows how things will transpire to be.
