It's has always been very "simple", even now.

Any club that meets Dortmund's €150m euros asking price can have him today.

In addition to wages of £500k a week, £40m to Mino and the Haaland family, the buy out clause, it would move very quickly.

Sadly, it's a £200m deal before a ball is kicked.

Would I do it?

Not my money, would break the bank and even go another year without a left back!!
We weren't a million miles from these figures trying to buy Kane were we? And you can certainly justify the obscene money for Haaland compared with Kane, as good as Kane is. Hmm.

Wages might be a sticking point there.
He does great and then you’re looking at giving him an improved contract which makes it difficult.
If we could get him on £300k-£350k a week to begin with and then there would be no problem giving him closer to £500k a week if he’s the superstar I think he is.

£500k a week. The greed of footballers really is staggering.
