We would be dumb if that's the case, any team that manages to get him, will have their striker position sorted out for years by a world class striker. We should do whatever it takes to get him but it seems unlikely that we will succeed in it.

We were second to Chelsea among PL clubs in paying agent fees last season. We haven’t been involved in a huge transaction like this to say we wouldn’t pay the agent fees involved. I highly doubt that is an impediment
