I've seen so many transfers disappear in a whisp of smoke when they seemed done (Alves, anyone?) that, like others, I will temper my enthusiasm until I see him sitting with a pen in his hand next to Txiki.

I don’t know if he really knows that much, maybe he does as he is obviously linked to the Haalands.

For me though it feels like he’s desperate to be the guy that gets to break the news about who Haaland signs for.
