I’m usually very pessimistic around transfers and especially big targets. But I get the feeling Haaland is genuinely a city fan at heart and this all a dance and play to get sign here. End of the day he wants to come here but make sure he is compensated correctly so they'll play the Madrid, United and Chelsea game.

I liked Mike Ashley after the failed buy out at Newcastle when he said that by the time you read it in the press it's already been done.

I think there is always a degree of doubt until the contract is signed. Dani Alves and Jorginho were nailed on it seemed until a last minute deviation..

I couldn't give a fuck if he's a battering ram or has the skills of Pele and maradona combined, this lad is a no bullshit natural goalscorer, he loves scoring goals, he's young and he's hungry, if we can get him I'd have in a heartbeat, tantrums and shit touches n all.

Everyone’s entitled to their opinion and yours does have some points worth considering.
