How would he know. I'm sorry but this narrative of him being close with the Haalands is a bit weird.

A transfer of this size would not want to be leaked so maybe Haalands dad is telling Jan that it's not done in respect to the club that Haaland wants to play at.

Haaland 100% knows his next club theres a couple months of the season left, there's so many other variables with moving clubs that it would be stupid for a player to not know where he would be playing next season.

I think its out of respect to Dortmund to not announce his new club now when Dortmund are still very much in a title race with Bayern right now, Haaland announcing his next club would disrupt that Dortmund team.

If Rashford wants to leave who are going to buy him? Will levy fall for a swap Kane for Rashford!? Will Rashford drop his weekly wage? He has that many Hanger ons he Probably needs 375k a week.

Don’t know Haaland might still be thinking where to go Madrid can do a deal is he happy to spend his whole career there or to us knowing he will still have a chance to go there 5/6 years later.

That's why I have been so positive that this will actually happen (ofc together with the messages from you, @tolmie's hairdoo and @93.20blue). That Mino has called bullshit on tweets with Real Madrid rumours and that we haven't heard anything at all from his camp could only possibly point to that Haaland and his camp have made up their minds. Extremely good feeling about this one.
 
The “haaland guaranteed move to madrid in 3 years” stories remind me of when we signed Aguero.

If you remember it was a big deal that he couldn’t leave Atletico and go straight to Real so the rumours were that we had done a deal with Madrid that he would sign for them via us.

the panic rumour mill really set in when he didn’t play in the charity shield as he was an unnamed sub and he had a mysterious injury keeping him out.

all worked out in the end hey!!
 
500K a week of a cup final we win, in which he scores a hat-trick, gets 2 assists, keeps a clean sheet and its his 50th game.

Other than that KDB Money. This will only effect Fodens renewal, they can bump the asking money by a bit, but dont see it being a major problem.
 
I feel like there a shift in the wind recently in regards to the figures mentioned. The narrative could be one of two things. One - Madrid have lost out and and telling everyone it’s because City are offering mental figures, or Two - Madrid are exaggerating the figures mentioned so they can be ‘players reject X amount to join the mighty Madrid’
