I couldn’t agree more, yet Haaland is a better option in the long run as he is younger and can learn and adapt easier.

Haaland’s hold-up play is massively underrated and is a big reason Reus, Sancho & Hazard got the numbers they did. Also a lot of his goals came when he had next to no space in the box. Plus, we’ll get a lot more room to counter into in the CL, like we did against Madrid. The only worry I have is injuries, that’s it.

Don’t rate him as high as other people. I just don’t see it with him so I’m glad he is not eating our whole budget. The guy has huge flaws in his game. Powerful, Good finisher yes but his all round is sorely lacking. Kane is twice the player albeit older. He would have been another big money disaster for us. If there is any truth in the expectation that this could get announced this week, there isn't really any good time to let it happen.
