Just watched it in youtubes 1080p, wowzer, beautiful piece of photography, It looks like lego or something, it's a filming technique that I've never come across before, has to be used more with football!

it's called tilt shift, but basically what it is is digital blurring of the top and bottom of the image with just the centre in focus. this gives you a shallow depth of field, which basically tricks your eye with regards to the perspective and scale of the thing you are looking at and makes everything look like toy town.

there's an app on the iphone that does it to your photos if you have one.
here's one i took at the semi. it's good fun.

Camera or computer. Both can do it.
And yes it is. Oregon State University, if I'm not mistaken.
