Apart from a couple of million from Suisse gas for the bridge, there seems to have been nothing that is immediately forthcoming apart from rumours of possible deals with SAP/Nike/Citibank and an enhanced Etihad deal. I would have thought that an improved Etihad deal was a given regardless of the CFA, especially in light of recently announced deals elsewhere. I'm not suggesting our guys don't have a handle on it, and generally operate beneath the radar (am I answering my own question here?) but seems on the face of it that we are missing a trick here ?

I think you did answer your own question, I don't believe our guys miss much in the way of wringing out cash and I like the fact that we don't conduct business in the rumourland of social media and press leaks.

Perhaps the 'big' deals will be announced at the start of next season so they can run for full seasons rather than 1/2 years?

I hope so anyway as I too thought we'd be producing proper £M deals.

Could anyone who is ITK etc answer a query for me?

When the CFA was in development, the general consensus was that it's completion would have sponsors falling over themselves to throw huge amounts of cash at us for naming rights/sponsorship of such things as mini Etihad, power generation, 1st team training facilities, training kit etc and that this cash would help towards us throwing off the shackles of FFP.

Nothing to worry about. Our income is the fastest growing in the history of sport.

Bit of a boring question but with the roof now sloping downwards how will the drainage work?

Water will run off to a gutter at the front which then drains to the corners and two new super drains in the lowest corners - visible in the CGI's.

Re: Etihad Campus, Stadium and Collar Site Development Threa

ah right, does this have any implications if we try to expand the corners in the future?

Just got an e-mail off the FA....England U21 women v Germany U21 women at the Academy Stadium on the 9th April.....would this be extra income for city or are clubs obliged to host these types of games?
