I really hope the first home game WILL be on a Saturday at 3-00pm K.O. With a sell out - over 50,000 fans -
Non of this SKY Monday 8-00pm rubbish.
Normally the HSE rules for bedding in crowd arrangements for a new stand will rule out a night game for the first couple of games.

From my gathering reading posts on here City have increased the amount of Corp. seats in SS, say Block 114?
Closeby to where we are in 111/112 where we all sing.
if this is the case, won't the corporates just be sat there enjoying their jamie oliver food whilst taking pictures of us danny dyer muppets all singing whilst wearing our Adidas trainers.

They're in the second tier mate, not the first

So they'll be throwing their Jamie mini burgers down on you

Nice, saves me some cash on buying those footlong frankfurters (they are delicious though)

I'm really hoping this extension and with the singing section will improve atmosphere, just hoping the increase in suits won't dampen the singing :/

I hope you're right
It'll be interesting to see if 1894 catch on and the the people around them join in, the second tier will be the barrier though just like at the Emirates
I wondered whether 1894 should have been in the third tier all along because the sound will be louder up there as nearer the roof.
Having said that i wouldn't want to be stood on steps with that rake

Ideally once the North stand is extended, moving all the singers there would be perfect, leaving the away fans in the SS alongside corporates and families... would keep everyone there quiet and let the singers have "our" own end.

I'd agree, but to do that i think they need to build a complete bank, without tiers. Putting in a second tier automatically will mean richer supporters there and break up the singers.
I'd really love to see the north stand like the one at Dortmund

This is what most of us probably want, this "dortmundesque" stand with safe standing, and if any owners have the ability to do this it's ours.
Hopefully they will and we can all sing freely without being told to sit down by showsec.
