I think that seems logical, just as some people on that list declined offers of a seasoncard this year because they wanted the £299 so when they sold out they asked to stay on the waiting list than pay a higher price

pretty much what i did, i have two seats in the east stand level 2, and don't want to move unless i have to, currently my two lads alternate matches, my two are also on the waiting list but i declined when there number came up as i'm really waiting for the north stand expansion

Hmmm.

Strange one.

How does that tie in with the proposed Leisure destination? It doesn't

5 years! Or am I reading it wrong?

In the away coach park? That's away from any Leisure Destination I'd have thought.

Maybe to deal with the head injuries from bottles being thrown from there, occasionally.

Or is a local doctor's surgery closing/moving...?

Looks quite a big set-up. Maybe a temporary health centre for the stadium?

EDIT: Just read the Design and Access Statement. It explains in there. http://www.publicaccess.manchester.gov.uk/associateddocs/selecteddoc.aspx?111161-dsx-0001.pdf

Going to be one of a group of part-time clinics that've been moving around the City...

Don't see how this impacts on any development tbh.

They have these at Stretford sports centre. They are a right pain in the arse as they take up all of the over flow car park. This leaves zero spaces when there is a home game at the swamp.
They park up for about a week at a time every three or four week.

Seems sensible considering our injury record.

I thought they were staying onsite for 5 years. :-?

TBH they really don't fit in, and next to, a leisure destination of international and national significance. ;-)

Handy for any City fans who have drunk too much, or feel depressed after another home defeat. :-)

There are quite a few of these now around the area. They just set up for a few days at a time then disappear for a few days before returning for a few days......
