You doubt they'll expand the East/West stands? Why? I don't think they spent money on the planning app (not to mention the architects fees) for fun.i very doubt it will happen, However the North stand is starting at the end of the season, and may well start earlier like they did with the south stand.
ps the 4th tier was probably a design for the original stadium they proposed for the manchester olympic bid, which was downgraded for the commonwealth games
They'll eventually just extend the South stand roof all around to join the new North stand roof when doing the East/West stands.Do we think it will be the same kind of roof or will they change it? If it's not a closed roof I hope we stick to the same design as I kind of like it.
north stand definitely happening - and if we fill the north stand too and the waiting list grows (thanks to Pep) then why would they not look at the east/west third tier extensions?i very doubt it will happen

It will happen if the expanded 61,000 capacity stadium is filled regularly at least for League matches.north stand definitely happening - and if we fill the north stand too and the waiting list grows (thanks to Pep) then why would they not look at the east/west third tier extensions?
I can't understand why people still include the conditional clause 'if' when talking about filling the stadium for PL matches. Is it just the steady drip, drip, drip of social and news media? It will happen if the expanded 61,000 capacity stadium is filled regularly at least for League matches.
No, it's probably going to games and seeing empty seats. However, a lot of the seats will be sold, just people who can't be arsed going - or have a wedding on the same day as the West Brom game, or a Christening on the day of the Stoke game, or a family barbecue on the day of the Bournemouth game.....thankfully these family events are planned ahead of time so they don't clash with the Rags/Liverpool\Chelsea\Spurs games!I can't understand why people still include the conditional clause 'if' when talking about filling the stadium for PL matches. The danger with expanding too much is the north stand will be ready for at the moment what is PEPs last seasonNo, it's probably going to games and seeing empty seats. That aside, we'll sell the tickets, especially with the football currently being played. God only knows what it will be like in a seasons time.
Oh, problem there then. Maybe we can get Mourinho in, as he guarantees trophies.......The danger with expanding too much is the north stand will be ready for at the moment what is PEPs last season
