EURO 2012: Day 7 Matchday Thread

Waiting for Dunne to score the equaliser,...
Then in the 93rd minute score an own goal to hand Spain the win... Something like the own goal against West Brom in 2004.

Silva's having a bit of an off game, losing it when he's in very good positions and trying the wrong option.

Glad someone else noticed I thought I was going mad. Had a great start but he's not done an awful lot since. Though I have been noticing him making some great runs pulling defenders about or getting into great space but not receiving the ball. He needs to be more ruthless really, as do Spain on the whole.

Given!! Excellent save.

I could of saved that and i'm shit!

Joking, it was acrobatically done but was straight at him to be fair.

The pace of the Spanish play is ridiculous though, even the pace of the ball. Needs to be bloody quick to get there. Nothing he could do for the first goal because of it.

Yep Silva is having a bit off game. Ireland are doing a bit of job on him, by having one or two nibbles at him.

There's only 1 in it, but I've a feeling Spain can and will score at will in the second half.
