Euro 24 best player

I haven't watched enough to know, but yeah, Rodri has been incredible in the games I've seen him in. Completely ran the game.

I honestly can't say too many have stood out in an attacking sense. Nobody has scored more than 3 goals ffs. Olmo is worth a shout for Spain too though.

rodri will never get noted as the best player in the world as what he doesnt isnt flashy and doesnt look good on social media or the news snippets but the team simply does not function without him and thats why he is the best player in world football right now, he makes the city and the spain team tick.
 
Rodri. He is indeed the best player in the world. Nobody is better in their respective position than Rodri is in his, and his influence on his teams and the game is ridiculous. If Spain win it, they'll probably say the young kid was player of the tournament. it'll make a better story but really there's a few more deserving players over the whole tournament.


I think Gakpo has been good, even though I hate to give a dipper credit. If the Dutch were to go on and win it and he has as much influence in the next two games, then I wouldn't argue against it.
 
I agree, Rodri, has been brilliant.

I’ve also said to anyone who would listen that I think he is the best defensive midfielder the Premier League has ever seen.

Better than Keane, Vieira, Fernandinho, Kante, Makelele and even Javi Garcia.
 
I called the game last night, the battle for the Ballon D'or.
Spain Win, Rodri should get it, France win then Mbappe would get it.
Mbappe does not deserve to be in the list but you know he will be a top 5 pick.
Rodri has been amazing for a number of seasons and is the most important player for whatever team he plays for.
He is the best defensive midfielder in football today and bosses the games like the legend he is!

But I have a feeling if England were to pull the trophy win then Bellingham will win the Ballon D'or.
