Tried hard but failed to light it up i'd sayKvaradona was 2nd on my list after Godri.
That's Olmo, but he was playing in front of Rodri, not alongside him, that's what threw me off.No, although he has been very good. The tall blonde kid.
The English media, and some fans in general have a tendency to undermine active players, especially ours, while romanticizing retired players.Ignored by the press and media in this country yet acclaimed around the world. Sounds familiar with City being involved. What a shitshow the media of this country are, greatest midfielder in the world and they would rather he be gone instead of gracing the PL.
It would depend upon what the selection criteria was. If it was who I enjoyed watching the most it would be Dave, the player who gave me the biggest highs is Yaya, the one I would want if we were a goal down and needed to win is KdB and, if we had to play a game against an unknown team Gladiator style it would be Rodders. I think Gundo earnt the right to be in that conversation too.It would be between Rodri and Vieira for me, but for the fact Rodri doesn't lose his head as much as Vieira does he probably gets the nod.
Another question, if you could choose 1 of Rodri, peak Silva, peak De Bruyne and peak Yaya, who would City fans go for?
Was watching SKY News thi smorning. Patrick Barclay, for some reason, was asked about players hwo impressed at the Euros. The first name he came up with was Declan Rice. He said he was "magnificent".
That's about as about as poor of a football take I have ever heard. Rice has genuinely been garbage with occasional sparkles of average.
I have no idea why so many rate him so highly. He's refuses to take responsibility for passing the ball forward, often does not present himself as an option when England are being pressed and he even hides behind opposition players so he cannot receive the ball. Even Mainoo looks to take on responsibility. As for football intelligence, Rice is simply not a 6.
Watch him play and and then closely watch Rodri. Miles apart.
Seriously? I’m still waiting to see anything above mediocre from him.Musiala.
