I'm none too sure about the rules for winners of such vast amounts of money , and they may not have much choice in the matter .... but never in a million years , if i'd won , would i actually WANT it broadcasting to all and sundry , newspapers or otherwise!

I was told a story the other day where a lottery winner had not wanted publicity but they went out brought new cars clothes and whatnot...basically ended up with them getting lots of gossip about them and a visit from OB (assumed drug dealers) and kids getting bullied and accused at school of robbing - once they owned up to being lottery winners it all stopped.

Anyway if I won £150m wouldn't care about the publicity, any begging letters please send to:

I do not think they understand what they have done now about 5% of those winnings will need to go to security arrangements even body guards. You cannot announce to the world you have come into that level of cash and expect to live your day to day life as it was before. They will get harassed, targeted, beggars, criminals, gold diggers, fake friends, con men the list is endless.

Should have just kept it hush to be honest. But see this is promotion for the lottery so the people behind it do not warn them. Life is about to change completely.

Over their life time I think it could easily become that for them and their children. They have just advertised to the whole world we are sitting on a mountain of money and have no experience with it. Im sure criminals from here to Timbuktu have their ears up now.
