Euro trips you loved and why?

Done a few good ones with City and Northern Ireland. City ones I organise and travel by myself, such as train from London to Nice earlier in year. Northern Ireland ones all organised by mate and I'm just told how long need off work and the time I need to be at a certain place. Highlights being World Cup in 94 (over 4 weeks touring California), Travelling from London to Luxembourg on train, almost 3 weeks at Euros in France last year. Next week just know I got to be at airport Thursday morning and flying to Venice, train to Rimini game in San Marino on Friday and coming home Monday -

Lokeren was a great trip, plus piss funny, especially after the match getting back to the train station, blues all over running over the tracks, scary but funny, plus it only cost £9.99 each to get there and back, although we did have to go from Stansted !

I enjoyed Juve away at Torinos ground, mint atmosphere in Turin centre and Schalke when Ireland & Benjamin scored past a certain Manuel Neur!

Juve, several years ago in the Uefa cup. I went on my own but met up with some of the london Blues in a bar restaurant. Had a great time before going back to their hotel, whilst some got changed one of the lads (no names) did a Mussolini speech from the balcony to the street below, soooooooooo funny.
After the match we went on the lash and met some 'ultras' in a pub, had a great time with them and they insisted we had our photo taken with them and their flag. One of them wanted to swap scarves, I gave him my nearly new City scarf and in return got a tatty cheap black thing, oh well better than a knife !! Four of us were left but two were so drunk we threw them into their rooms and then went back out on the lash. Brillaint trip, spoilt only by Ryan Air leaving me on the runway of Milan airport the next day. so it was another night in a hotel and another more expensive flight back.

Lokeren. Aswell as the train station I refused to go into that stand. I believed it would not stay up with 4000 pissed up fans in it.
Seville the place would go to again.

It was a good night that one. But fucking freezing. I was on the other side of the plexiglass getting more nervous as the second half went on and the home fans realised we were a small group of blues keeping our heads down.

Does the Hamburg friendly count as a Euro away? I have never laughed so much, nor seen so many happy drunks in my life. I believe we lost. Minor detail.

Remember that at the station. Was you on the the train back to Antwerp? My mate went as white as a ghost due to the level of overcrowding. That bad blues were lying head to toe in the overhead baggage racks. Cracking trip
