The Conference level of this tournament really is a joke. Sorry, but it just is. After nearly sixty years of following football (including European), I like to think I have some familiarity with it. I have literally never heard of Noah, except for the fella building ships in the bible.
A good half of all clubs taking part in the conference, I am not able to place the country they're in without looking it up.
