United plays that a lot too with Varane and Martinez. Maguire isn't that, though.
Nah. That gets played in to Dias, Stones, Rodri, Laporte, Gundo, De Bruyne, Ake, Lewis, then they just turn and slip the ball on to a teammate. We often play in tighter spaces than that.
I'd blame Maguire and Ten Hag for it mostly (if you're going to play out, make sure the receivers scan and know how to turn etc).
