I'm very familiar with the Spanish polices friendliness and know what complete twats they are but it's different when there's a few thousand fans in a city for a game compared to the tens and tens of thousands that will be there from both sides for a neutral final. You're probably looking at about 100k between them. They surely won't have the bodies to be as heavy handed as usual against those kind of numbers, that would just start riots. they'll just have to contain as best as possible and only let them destroy parts of the city.
