Pogba is very similar to what Neymar was, a lot flash but often over does it/runs into blind alleys and a poor final product. Neymar has passed that stage and become world class, same can't be said for Pogba and they're both the same age. Pogba's in a shit position though because of that price tag, his on field ability isn't at that level but he's now expected to show it and even exceed it.
