The rags are playing today because St Etienne hate Lyon or something who play tomoz.

As long as they are finished before the Champions League matches it's okay and there have to be a good reason for them to be moved (Lyon and Saint Etienne both at home in Europa League, UEFA probably keen to avoid that).

Besiktas play tomorrow hence fenerbahce playing tonight although not sure why Schalke are also playing.
St Ettienne are giving it a go but just lacking that extra quality.
