Been watching the second half of Gala-Lazio to see Denayer. Made a great recovery tackle just a moment ago after a ball out wide was overhit. Lazio took a quick throw the other way and he ran down the receiver and knocked the ball away. Made up a ton of ground in no time.

That is a great result for us. The dippers now have to take the second leg seriously. 0-0 is a very dangerous result away from home.

One of those parallel universe days at The Etihad when they got the 4-1! Another ordinary PL team which gets a lot more from beating us than the three points. Come on, Augsy!!

The only problem is Augsburg have really struggled scoring this season, and even more so after the winter break. They've scored twice in their four games back, one of which was a wonder strike by their left back Stafylidis at Ingolstadt and a consolation from Bobadilla in the defeat to Bayern at the weekend. To make it even worse, Bobadilla, their only real goalscorer got injured against the dippers last night. I have no doubt that they'll be able to keep it tight, but whether they can actually get anything to make it a contest is probably unlikely.
