Yeah, Benfica would have had to quarantine for 10 days on arrival. Can't see our second leg being in Manchester either tbh.
Don’t think Germany is on the ban list at the moment, so unless that changes, it should be played at the Etihad.

Porto and Benfica have been at this for years and gotten away with it, but they don't have the scouting advantage in South America they used to have and their youth systems can't handle the player turnover on their own.
