Games will be played on 16 and 30 September, 22 October, 4 November, 1/2, and 15/16 December.

It's getting exciting!

They're just introducing people, who will explain the preliminary procedures, that will introduce the foreward to the pre-draw procedure that will kick-start the event.

The official line is "less than City have spent on players."
