Europa League SFs

Not that I could give a flying fuck about them, but they are looking rudderless and Arteta certainly must bev looking over his shoulder.

After years of nothing with Wenger, they look like continuing that path.

Still as a shitty conspiratorial entitled yank owned club....................who fucking cares ?

Sink like a stone you twats.
Football clubs have peaks and troughs. It has always been this way. Arsenal will come back at sone point but this crying and yapping they are doing is fucking pathetic. I would have more respect for them if they had of taken the tough times with a bit of humour or at the very least showed signs of having a backbone.

Instead just like the snowflake Trafford buccaneers they chose to moan and try any off field dirty trick to keep them competing because they have invested badly.

Maybe they will learn humility from humiliation? Anyway fuck them, il never forget that shit they tried to pull on us with the pen fiasco back in the day.

just like united maybe its nothing to do with the managers ? but the fact manchester city are better than the rest and no amount of money can match up

I get what you're trying to say but surely Manchester City can't be responsible for these teams dropping to mid table.
We've taken one spot in the top 4, the rest of the mediocrity is down to bad business and football management.

I just think the pull of bigger clubs would be too much for Rodgers, regardless of what he's doing with Leicester. He always wants to better himself as a manager and I see the foxes as a stepping stone for his next move.
The thing with Rogers is he had a great team at Swansea who played a very watchable game of football which was very akin to how we played but his head was turned when dippers came a calling and his ideas never came to fruition there till he rocked up with Leicester and even there is style of play at the swans hasn’t transferred over. So if he did go to spuds i don’t see anything changing football style wise. Hope he goes there. :-)

i think it is a big problem for others that city have better players manager coaches training ground the whole packaged. yes they can look at games they beat us ? but one off games and one off seasons getting a top 4 place does not make you a good team or club

winning titles and silverware is something more than about money and what players you have. its knowing the race is long and hard work on the training ground with fully commited players thats the key for me. everybody at manchester city are keyed in to the project and beleive anything is possible

the united team of the 90s was like that you was beaten before you played even before the season started its was a 36 game season for everybody else ? ok united was not always at the races and had off years. but that was down to winning silverware in other compertions like champions league

manchester city control the game and we will have seasons when we are pushing for champions league more than the title and we will give others a chance in the premier league but it will be like 1 every other seasons

I'll try again bearing in mind I'm replying to your original post which I'll quote again at the bottom of this post.
What I'm saying to you is that we are responsible for taking only one spot off them from the top 4. Furthermore, we can only take 6 points a season, max, off each of them. That doesn't account for them dropping down to mid table or them all, in their turn, struggling to make top 4. That is down to complacency, laziness, bad strategy, bad business, bad management on their part and the fact that they've taken their eye off the ball at a time when not only is but the likes of Leicester, West Ham, Everton, Aston Villa et al are getting their act together.
Although it does feel good to think we alone are responsible for the ills of these clubs it's only partially the truth, in fact, that is the narrative that they themselves like to cling to to cover their own failings and mismanagement.
